SHIPPING

Our standard shipping time is 6-10 working days based on current order volumes from the time of purchase for orders containing clothing only. Orders containing the free print promotion have standard delivery times too.

Orders containing a preorder item will not be dispatched until the preorder item is in stock. Please check the item description details of the dispatch time on any preorder items. 

REMEMBER: You can now check the order status using the order status tool on the homepage!

 

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT TO WAIT AFTER DISPATCH?

UK - 2/3 Business Days (please allow 1 week to pass before contacting us)

EU - 6/10 Business Days (please allow 2 weeks to pass before contacting us)

Everywhere else - 10/16 Business Days (please allow 3 weeks to pass before contacting us)

 

DO YOU NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?

No, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from our store. If you proceed to the checkout it'll direct you to the Paypal page which under 'login' it will give you the option to pay via card. Though if you have a Paypal account, you may use it.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments via Paypal.

 

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG CAN I CHANGE IT?

Drop us an email with the correct details and we'll ship it to the correct address!

 

I HAVE WAITED FOR MY PARCEL AS LONG AS THE GUIDELINES BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING?

MY GARMENT DOESN'T FIT CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Yes of course! Drop us an email to info@thekillingtree.co.uk and we'll arrange this for you. Please bear in mind that you will need to cover the cost of postage for the exchange!


I WANT A REFUND PLEASE
Drop us an email to info@thekillingtree.co.uk and we'll arrange this for you if it has been within 30 days of making the order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
